Toddco Builders was formed in 1981 after its founder, Todd Bird. Todd discovered that the building industry was becoming ever increasingly popular. Starting from their home office in Sacramento, Ca., Toddco has been providing the highest quality of work to homeowners, schools, parishes in the Catholic Diocese, the Baptist community and the Lutheran community.
